Payment Terms when paying with Stripe

By completing this payment, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. Business Name and Contracting Entity.
Pattison ID” is a business/trade name used by Pattison Sign Group, Inc., Jim Pattison Industries Ltd., and/or their applicable affiliate (each, a “Pattison ID Contracting Entity”).
The Pattison ID Contracting Entity for this transaction is the same legal entity identified as the Pattison ID contracting party in your underlying agreement or order documentation (the “Underlying Agreement”).

2. Purpose of Payment.
This payment is being made in connection with, and solely as consideration for, the transaction previously agreed between the applicable Pattison ID Contracting Entity and you or your organization (the “Customer”), as documented in the Underlying Agreement.
The Underlying Agreement may take any form, including but not limited to a signed quotation, purchase order, lease agreement, service order, or other written or electronic confirmation.

3. Terms Governed by Underlying Agreement.
The Underlying Agreement exclusively governs the parties’ rights, obligations, deliverables, warranties, payment terms, and remedies.
This Stripe transaction does not amend, replace, or create any contract terms beyond those contained in the Underlying Agreement.

4. Application of Payment.
Payments made through Stripe will be applied to the Customer’s account and allocated to amounts owing under the Underlying Agreement with the applicable Pattison ID Contracting Entity.

5. Refunds / Adjustments.
Any refunds, credits, or adjustments—if applicable—will be handled in accordance with the Underlying Agreement. Acceptance of payment through Stripe does not waive any rights or remedies of the Pattison ID Contracting Entity under that agreement.

6. No Additional Representations.
By processing this payment, the Pattison ID Contracting Entity makes no additional representations or warranties beyond those set out in the Underlying Agreement.
